Edgewater Glen Deck With Trellis and Built-In Seating

This large platform deck with upper level, built-in seating and trellis was such a gas to build. We explored a couple design options that I created design drawings for ultimately selecting the one with the largest surface and plenty of bells and whistles on the upper section. It was blazing hot when I built it in August and each day the folks I was building for would bring me out refreshing frozen drinks, things like that go so far creating a good vibe. Every stage was a delight to build. . . other than having to bust out a large buried block of concrete. But hey, renting a Hilti jackhammer adds a little spice to the job.
